You've totally made me smile, guys. When I started blogging years ago, I really had no idea that I'd ever feel so supported in this little space - so thank you. :)
I feel immensely better after typing my frustration out, the other day, too - lol. Much, much. You guys rock. And for the record: 30 is not old to me. And I'm also super-happy that I waited a few years before going through 4 years of school so I know exactly what I want to study and I have a been-in-the-workforce head on my shoulders, like some of you mentioned.
I'm so happy and that I'm not the only one who feels this way, too.
And hugs to you, if you're having the same worries/thoughts/problems.
Anyhoo - despite a few down days, I'm back to my happy-go-lucky-self. :)
I did get a lot of creative stuff done, actually - guess I was madly channeling that energy into scrapping and crocheting - in the lil relaxing bits I took between a taxing week of juggling work and work tests and meetings and such.
For me, getting happy means looking around, being thankful for all that I do have, taking a quiet moment or two, and seeing the beauty in the little things - and there's always a lot of little bits of happiness around my home:

Glasses that I love and need to wear more. A new girly crochet project. The window sill garden I took a moment to pretty up this week. Pages in progress. Favorite paint. Flowers from mister husband. Messy home buns.
I'm getting ready to head out of town tomorrow (yay!), which means lots of wrapping up, answering e-mails, laundry, packing, and a lil blogging, too. :)
Happy Friday (in the little things), friends!
