Who else is back to school this week?
Me, me! So weird still that I'm actually doing it.
Here's a random, totally unrelated picture:
I took a ton of Diana mini pictures at the graveyard in Salem on our beginning of the summer visit (and some digi's, too) - but this seems to be the only one that worked out. I adored those engraved skulls on the stones to bits! Anybody else have an odd love of graveyards?? I could've spent all day there!
Anyhoo - I'm a big second year-er, now.
I actually get to study classes related to my major - yeah, design!
I start an Analog Photography class tomorrow that I'm psyched about! I definitely have a new obsession with film about to hit me full-force. I shot two rolls of Diana in the last few weeks, and I managed to find a near-mint Canon AE-1 on Ebay with two lenses, the flash, & a camera bag for $100 (with shipping to Canada! Trust me - that's a good find), and I just figured out what some of the buttons do, in prep for it...lol. :) Excited!
Too bad I didn't know that claiming a locker was a kill-or-be-killed cuthroat thing (dude - I had to steal a Foundation Year locker in the worst. spot. ever). And I still didn't know you could just get a bus pass without verifying your tuition payment. But I know where all my classes are - high five! And I don't have that scared-but-excited look in my eye, which I can now distinguish in the hallway.
The first week of juggling work & school is in full force, so hopefully I have time this weekend to go through some more pictures & the pile of crafty stuff I have yet to share! Oh yeah, and start that homework...I have a feeling they went pretty easy on us last year.
