...I'm starting to miss playing with paper as often as I used to be able to!
I feel like my critical studies classes (aka English & Art History) have kind of been all-consuming, lately. A lot of words in my life right now - lots of reading and writing - and it feels kind of weird. Good, but odd. Like my brain is waking up after years of being stifled in an office, or something...lol. Pretty much.
Anyhoo, I made this page for American Crafts a few weeks ago:

That's my cousin Lisa & I, as littles...sitting in a rocking chair I had growing up. We're only a few months apart, so it seems our parents (and grandparents) had us hang out a lot, and do silly things like 'kiss for the camera'. :) Anyhoo - it worked, and she's my most favorite cousin. We used to have craft fairs on our street selling friendship bracelets and such, groing up. 2 Peas in a Pod!
I now officially want to play with paper, now. :)
And hang out with my cousin.
