This page was made using Bella Blvd's new 'Making the Team' collection!
Truth be told, when first faced with scrapping a boy-centric, sporty layout, I kind of freaked out a bit - lol. I thought 'what will I scrapbook with this?!' Sure, my nephew plays soccer and sometimes my husband is sporty, but really - sports are not my forte, when it comes to scrapping...lol.
But then I remembered that sporty day we had on the snowy hills of Calgary last Christmas - mister husband and my nephew were up and down that snow c0vered hill racing each other and sledding like crazy boys for hours, and the red, yellows, and blues of the paper reminded me of what they were wearing while sledding - so, yess! Boy page, success. :)
The whole page was made using 'Making the Team' (those circles are cut from one of the cute paper designs!), and I used some gesso and walnut ink on the background of the page to add some dimension. After sewing my layers a bit - finished her off with some blue acryluc paint splashes (my favorite!).
