If you read this blog, but you're not a scrapbooker - why not?
The curious nature in me is wondering.
Do you think it's a waste of time? Or that it takes too much time to do? Do you prefer just your photos in an album to flip through, do you write the story down somewhere? Do you just tape your momentos into an old-school scrapbook, or throw them in a keepsake box? Do you think it's for grandma's or aunt's, only? Does the amount of paper & stickers out there overwhelm you? Do you really want to, but just don't know where to start? Is it completely new to you, and now it looks kind of cool? Is it just one hobby too many, for you? Do you just plain don't like it? Do you want to do it? Do you think it's a form of art, or a really old-school craft? Does it baffle you?
I'm asking because I know a lot of people don't know much about it, why people do it, or how you even learn/start scrapbooking. I've gotten the snickers from my friends about it, I've had to try to explain what a scrapbook
is to baffled stares many a time, and I've taken my fair share of flack. lol.
So, I'm curious: Please tell me why you don't!
Or if you do, tell me why you love it!
PS - I got back from Victoria yesterday after 6 hours of transit travelling - lol. Had such a lovely time with my family. :) More on the trip, soon!
