Whew! I'm back at work today, sort of - my schedule is all over the place, which is cool, but a little disorienting after having lotsa days off in a row! lol. :) We had a lovely weekend with my parents & lil brother & his amazing new guide dog, Eli (he just got an Autism assistance service dog, which is super-amazing!) - and we took it easy yesterday, so now I'm playing catch-up. :)
Anyhoo - I've been (slowly!) going through all of my photos from 2009 - mainly cuz they haven't been shared/posted, but also because I need some new photos to scrapbook with (lol) - since I haven't edited any in a loooong time, I'm running low, now! Last years' have mostly all been waiting to be gone through and edited! Bad, I know! lol. But I'm getting there!
Anyhoo - I discovered a ton of forgotten-about photos that Z and I took while in Victoria with the lovely in-laws last summer (such a fun little trip!) and we were totally geeking out at the coolness that is the photos of the miniatures we took:

Totally geeked out. I took mostly all of these, as I think the mini world may have been a little boring without the challenge of shooting with my lil point & shoot through highly reflective glass in bad lighting conditions. lol. (But I think everyone else may have been a little bored when they had to drag me outta there while incessantly snapping pictures....ha ha).
But that said, I thought it was really awesome, so if you're ever in Victoria and have half an hour to kill, I would definitely suggest it for the cool handmade-nature of the awesome mini displays there! :)
